Richie Halversen is a pastor, evangelist, church planter, and author. His passion for Jesus and people is palpable. After years of battling drug addiction, he experienced a powerful conversion. He now dedicates his life to leading others to Christ and helping them discover a new life of freedom in Him.
Richie serves as senior pastor of the Bowman Hills Seventh-day Adventist church in Cleveland TN.
His partner in ministry is his wife Brittney who he has been married to for over 21 years. They have four children: Kaleb, Hayley, Tristen, and Taylor.

Outreach Ministries Director
Tom Evans currently serves at the Outreach Ministries Director of the Oregon Conference. His ministry experience is varied and includes: Conference President in North New South Wales Conference in Australia where a 39-year high in baptisms was experienced, Associate Director for the North American Division Evangelism Institute, Church Planting Director for the Texas Conference (114 churches planted in 9 years), Senior Pastor, Church Planter and youth pastor.
Tom has a Doctor in Ministry degree in the area of Church Growth and Evangelism. Areas of passion/expertise include: creating a culture for evangelism, missional contextualization/demographics, church planting, coaching and church health (Natural Church Development).
Tom believes that the first world context can experience the kind of growth seen in parts of South and Central America, The Philippines and Africa. Tom has five children and is married to Silmara (originally from Brazil). One of their greatest passions is hospitality.

John T. Boston, II
North American Division Evangelism Institute at Andrews University
Pastor John T Boston, II has shared a message of hope in five continents and 37 countries. While serving as associate pastor of Berean SDA Church in Atlanta, John played an integral role in the development of the Berean Outreach Ministry Center, Breath of Life broadcast ministry and founded Encounter, the teen worship ministry. He has also served as a chaplain for the Columbus Division of Police, faith leader for President Barack Obama’s mentor initiative, My Brother’s Keeper, and a host of community boards.
Currently, John most recently served in Australia as the school evangelist for the NNSW Conference. In this role he supported the alignment of church and school while providing critical follow up support for decisions made by teens at conference events. He helped lead the highest baptisms in Australia’s North Nee South Wales Conference in 39 years.
In June 2019, John was appointed as the Evangelist and Associate Director for Evangelism for the North American Division Evangelism Institute at Andrews University.
He is married to Karla and they have one child, five-year-old Riley Madison.
Founder and President
Larry Witzel, Founder and President of SermonView Evangelism Marketing, is a respected innovator with a passion for harnessing technology for ministry. After briefly serving in a local church, Larry has spent over 25 years in marketing and public relations, at both commercial enterprises and denominational entities.
Larry has a BA in theology and mass media from Walla Walla University, and an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
He is an elder and musician at his local church and serves on the Oregon Conference Executive Committee.
Adventist Community Church in Vancouver
Roger is the Lead Pastor of the Adventist Community Church in Vancouver (the host of EvangeLead). He is also the brain-child of the EvangeLead Conference. His book, “Evangelism Intelligence: Why Adventist Churches Grow Differently” came out in 2018 and has already been read by over 2000 people. Multiple conferences have purchased copies for every pastor.
His churches have been a consistent growth model for other churches.
Roger and his wife, Gail, live in La Center, WA and have 8 kids and one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law. They love rock climbing, backpacking, hiking, gardening, raising dogs and evangelism.
